A credit pays for AI work. 1 credit rewrites about 1,000 characters (a long email), or fixes about 5,000 characters with AI. Fixing on your Mac without AI is always free and unlimited.
Fixing keeps working with the on-device fixer, it never stops. Rewrites pause until your credits refill. On the free plan that is the next day (00:00 UTC), and the 5 free writes need a free sign-in; on a paid plan it is your next billing date, or you can add a $5 pack at any time.
Free daily credits and monthly plan credits do not roll over. Pack credits last 12 months.
Yes. Cancel from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month and then stops renewing. New paid plans have a 14-day refund window, see the refund policy.
A small line labelled “sponsored” in the petal picker is how the free tier is paid for. It never uses your writing. Every paid plan removes it.
Free works on up to 2 Macs linked to an account (or one Mac with no account). Plus covers 3 Macs, Pro and Max cover 5.
